Premier Real Estate Management is looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to assist us with managing our beautiful apartment communities in Waterford, WI. As the Assistant Property Manager you will help to ensure the properties are well-maintained, be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in all aspects of leasing, rent collections and coordinate maintenance requests. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, be organized and have strong people skills. Responsibilities include: * Recording and updating details of applicants and entering information into our computer systems accurately and timely. * Conducting property tours with prospective residents. * Reviewing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. * Working with current residents to provide information and coordinate maintenance requests. Job Type: Part-time- 24-28 hours per week. Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience. Previous property management experience preferred, however, willing to train the right candidate.
