Responsibilities: * Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Present, promote, and sell products or services to both new and existing customers. * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and targets. * Handle client inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. * Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies. Requirements: * Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). * Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
