Location: Raleigh, NC Role: Business Development Strategist / Outside Sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year Your Mission as a Business Development Strategist / Outside Sales: * Discover New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business within industries like Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Administration. * Strategic Research: Conduct thorough research on target companies and build custom acquisition plans. * Engage Prospects: Connect with potential clients through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. * Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver engaging presentations and negotiate terms with confidence. * Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships using innovative strategies and consistent follow-up. * Networking & Training: Participate in industry events, conferences, and ongoing training to stay ahead. * Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while following a structured, proven sales approach. * Detailed Documentation: Log all activities accurately in our CRM system and across lead generation platforms. What We 're Looking For: * Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales or business development, especially in an outside sales capacity. * Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of stability and success in previous roles. * Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams). * Positive Energy: A winning attitude and drive to achieve big goals.
