Location: Raleigh, NC Role: Business Development Strategist / Outside Sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year Your Mission as a Business Development Strategist / Outside Sales:
- Discover New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business within industries like Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Administration.
- Strategic Research: Conduct thorough research on target companies and build custom acquisition plans.
- Engage Prospects: Connect with potential clients through in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver engaging presentations and negotiate terms with confidence.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships using innovative strategies and consistent follow-up.
- Networking & Training: Participate in industry events, conferences, and ongoing training to stay ahead.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while following a structured, proven sales approach.
- Detailed Documentation: Log all activities accurately in our CRM system and across lead generation platforms. What We 're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales or business development, especially in an outside sales capacity.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of stability and success in previous roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
