Job Summary: As our Hiring Manager, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we hire exceptional candidates who fit our culture and mission. This role is key to supporting smooth onboarding and staffing during our peak seasons. Responsibilities: * Write and post job listings across relevant job boards. * Screen and interview potential candidates. * Coordinate with department leads to understand hiring needs. * Oversee onboarding, including paperwork and new hire orientation. * Maintain organized records of applicants and hiring metrics. * Adapt recruitment strategies based on seasonality and demand. Ideal Candidate: * Personable, professional, and adaptable. * Able to learn quickly and adjust to changing hiring needs. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Comfortable using online recruiting platforms and email systems. * HR/recruiting experience preferred but not required.
