Bing Beverage, family-owned and operated company in Denver, is seeking a resourceful, energetic, and results-oriented sales professional, focused on building client relationships and increasing sales in area grocery and convenience stores. Experience with beverage or other consumer package goods is required. ONLY APPLICANTS WITH THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. Your primary function is to be our brand advocate to our retailers. This position is for part-time weekday employment, averaging about 28 hours per week / 4 route days per week ( the days you choose are flexible). Visits must occur early in the day so you have access store personnel; suggested start time is 8:00 am or earlier although there is flexibility. You will have a territory, broken into smaller daily routes, originating from your home. Ideal Home Location: Raleigh's Eastern Metro area to service Food Lion and Harris Teeter Stores. During each store visit, you will assess the positioning, pricing and availability of our product, meet store management to discuss options to add or improve Bing's visibility/ access for customers, troubleshoot potential distribution concerns and determine if there are any service concerns that need to be resolved. This is a sales position, although some light stocking is done during a normal sales call. You will enter the store visit results in our customer database (we use SalesForce) using an App on your cell phone. Being comfortable with App use on your phone is necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication abilities and motivated to create solid relationships with grocery store management. Ultimately, you will help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region. *Salary range is commensurate with sales expertise and professional skill level. Qualifications Include: * Sales experience with a consumer package good is a requirement. * Must enjoy working independently but with coaching from our sales management group in Denver. * Sales personalities are goal-oriented with creative interpersonal skills, and able to problem solve to meet customer needs. * Position is part-time, typically working weekday routes, 28 hours per week x 4 routes per week. Route store calls start in the morning and should be completed before 4:00 pm to best access store management personnel. * Computer/Smartphone knowledge required. Must own a relatively new smartphone in order to efficiently use our phone-based sales App. We pay $52/ 4 weeks toward your cell phone expense. * Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record (2 or less minor infractions over 5 years), and reliable transportation.
