What You 'll Do * Deliver top-notch customer service that aligns with Big Brand Tire & Service's core values. * Understand customer automotive needs and recommend services that exceed manufacturer recommendations and customer expectations. * Handle sales-related tasks, including creating invoices, managing inventory, and completing paperwork. * Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and teammates. What We 're Looking For Must-Have Skills: * A positive, results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic and integrity. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Flexible availability to support our customers and team. * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 points on your DMV K4 report). Preferred but Not Required: * Prior customer service or sales experience. * Basic knowledge of tires and automotive services.
