HIGHLIGHTS The Business Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting overall growth initiatives. This position includes an annual performance-based bonus for new client acquisitions and revenue milestones. This is a full-time position that is in the office during regular business hours. THE ROLE Job Functions * Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective hospital and clinic clients for teleradiology services * Conduct outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and site visits * Coordinate, schedule, and present meetings with leadership and key decision makers * Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client onboarding materials * Maintain accurate records in Salesforce * Coordinate with cross functional departments to align sales goals with company capabilities * Attend industry events and conferences as needed * Contribute to market research, competitive analysis, and sales strategy development Skills * Microsoft Suite * Computer literacy * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Experience with Salesforce is a plus * Radiology or healthcare experience Qualifications * Degree -level education * 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or services BENEFITS & PERKS * Comprehensive benefits package, including retirement and profit sharing * Paid Time Off and flexibility to support your personal life * Fuel for your day with company sponsored lunches & snacks
