Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with clients through various channels, including phone calls and online communication, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for technology, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.

Duties

Answer Customer phone calls and complete estimates via a POS system Lift 50 pounds Be crossed trained in sign production and graphics Inventory and ordering management Following projects through in timely manner

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct outbound and warm calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using software tools.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in technology sales.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers.
• Experience with outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies.
• Familiarity with software tools used for customer relationship management (CRM).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
