End User and Furniture Dealer Specialist Mission Develop and maintain strong relationships on a national level with End Users at public space institutions and manage furniture Dealer relations through the purchasing process. End User and Furniture Dealer Outcomes * Make first contact with End Users on project research opportunity leads produced from the Research team and marketing campaigns to build a project pipeline. * Maintain an average of 1-2 virtual/in-person appointments a week with institutional in-house Designers, with the average of 80% being project based. * Follow up on price list downloads from .edu, .gov, .org, and Airports to leverage Agati and increase quantity and quality of quote handoffs to solution design team. * Follow up on all End User and furniture Dealer generated quotes over $50K. * Maintain $100k, $75-99k, and $50-74k Salesforce funnel for all open opportunities under End Users and furniture Dealers and strategize on ways to increase close rate. * Travel and meet with project-based End Users, Campus Designers, and furniture Dealers as needed to further relationship and develop business. * Participate as needed at national trade shows and industry functions to grow network. * Work with End Users to strategize on contract purchasing paths so they can avoid going out to bid and make recommendations to end users on potential furniture Dealer alignment for bids. * Meet and develop relationships with furniture Dealers identified by A&D and Research teams as leading specifications to educate brand awareness, product familiarity, and ensure consideration for project involvement. * Engage with dealers on projects that are in bidding phase to secure specifications. * Manage and maintain Outlook calendar, appointments, and meals for lunch and learn presentations and in person meetings. * Manage and maintain accounts, opportunities, and appointments in Salesforce. Summary In the role of End User and furniture Dealer Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be to support end users and furniture dealers, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Your core skills in sales will be essential in fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, your ability to manage inquiries and provide tailored solutions will contribute significantly to the organization's success in a competitive market. Qualifications * Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to connect with people one-on-one and group interaction. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven selling skills. Ability to identify opportunities and upsell. Strong product knowledge to make recommendations. * Focused and organized. Ability to multitask and retain and understand high level of products, projects, clients, and processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce preferred but not required. * Knowledge of contract furniture industry preferred but not required.
