Solar Consultant - In-Home Sales - No Cap on Earnings Location: 1 N Landmark Lane, Rigby, ID 83442 Type: Commission-Only | Full-Time | Field-Based in Surrounding Areas Hiring Immediately - Year-Round Position Synergy Electric Solutions is looking for driven, self-starting Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Rigby, ID. This is a commission-only outside sales position , where you will generate your own leads, schedule appointments, and close solar deals with homeowners. With average commissions of $4,000 -$7,200 per deal, this is one of the highest-paying roles in the solar industry. What You 'll Do * Canvass neighborhoods to identify qualified solar leads * Schedule and return for your own in-home appointments * Present solar solutions tailored to each homeowner using company tools and proposals * Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, net metering, and long-term savings * Submit contracts and coordinate with operations for smooth installations * Track your own sales pipeline and follow up with discipline Compensation & Perks * Commission Only - Earn $4,000-$7,200+ per sale * Average $12K-$20K+ monthly (3-5 deals/month) * Weekly performance bonuses and sales incentives * Flexible schedule - manage your own time * Local work - no overnight travel * Advanced sales training + field mentorship * Branded apparel and marketing materials provided Qualifications * Prior solar or in-home sales experience preferred, but not required * Must be willing to knock doors and self-generate all leads * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver's license (required) * Must live within 45 minutes of our Rigby office and report in regularly * Comfortable working 30+ hours/week outdoors in various conditions * High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why Solar Sales with Synergy?
