Job Description

: We are seeking experienced and motivated Door-to-Door (D2D) Solar Sales Representatives as well as Alarm and Water Softener Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in D2D, alarm, or solar sales, or a similar field, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. As an Energy Efficiency Sales Representative/IRA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and helping customers make the switch to clean energy.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, alarms, water softeners, or home improvement.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with annual earnings of over $100k.
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and financing options.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $200,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
