Outside Sales Representative Las Vegas, NV Direct Hire Summary: The Industrial Sales Representative is responsible for generating new client opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships within a defined target market. The role involves meeting product and service sales goals and addressing new client requirements. We are seeking a talented sales professional with experience in industrial sales , particularly in sectors such as mining, construction, crane rigging , and entertainment rigging. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to: * Develop, cultivate, and grow the assigned sales territory by securing orders from new accounts. * Continue building and deepening relationships with existing clients in the territory. * Follow and utilize the company's sales systems and processes for prospect development. * Identify key decision-makers and accurately assess their site challenges, the reasons behind them, and provide effective solutions. * Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity and revenue goals. * Participate in the development of an annual sales development plan with management. * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all team members to ensure a consistent and professional delivery to clients. * Build a strong professional network by engaging with industry organizations and participating in relevant events to foster new business opportunities. * Commit to personal and professional growth through participation in industry seminars, workshops, and relevant training. * Provide timely and accurate daily and weekly pipeline reports. Job Requirements: * At least three years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in entertainment sales or industrial/equipment sales. * Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques. * Must be results-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets. * Ability to maintain detailed reports on quotas, prospective customers, and other relevant data. * Experience working with a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite. * Mechanical background is a plus. * Demonstrated problem-solving skills with prospects and clients. * Well-organized and self-directed individual who excels in a team environment. * Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative, with high ethical standards and a professional image. * Ability to communicate and relate to people at all levels of an organization, across diverse industries and cultures. * Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
