We're seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in sales and business development. You'll work closely with senior team members to learn the sales process, build relationships with prospects, and support account growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop a solid understanding of company products, services, and value proposition. * Identify potential customers through market research and outreach activities. * Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social platforms. * Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales staff. * Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and materials. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaign initiatives. * Participate in regular sales training and development sessions. * Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Driven, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
