KISS Cafe in Johns Island, SC is looking for a part time counter sales associates for Bagels by KISS. We are located on 1802 Crowne Commons Way Unit C1. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. Take Food Orders: Assist customers in choosing menu items, taking orders accurately, and addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain cash register and ensure its security. Order Fulfillment: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly. Verify orders for accuracy before handing them to customers. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the counter and dining area clean and organized. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about the menu, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Upselling: Suggest additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer's dining experience and increase sales. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. * Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and presentation. * Basic knowledge of knife and food safety and hygiene practices. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.We are looking forward to reading your application.
