Junior Account Manager Responsibilities: * Assist in managing client accounts and building strong in person relationships with both new and existing clients. * Collaborate closely with the Junior Account Manager team to develop strategies that drive client success and growth. * Support the Junior Account Manager team in tracking client progress and ensuring that sales goals are met. * Help create and deliver presentations that demonstrate our marketing solutions and how they can benefit clients. * Stay up to date with industry trends and provide insights to the team to improve service offerings. * Maintain and expand relationships with wireless sales teams to drive mutual success. * Provide administrative support, including managing client data, contracts, and scheduling meetings. Junior Account Manager Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management roles (wireless industry experience is a plus). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Junior Account Manager is detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills. * A passion for learning and growing within the sales and account management field.
