We are seeking a Community Manager for The Vieux at Welden in Kernersville, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in multi-family housing. This position is Full Time and offers competitive pay. Summary of Position: * Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments * Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails * Completing all lease paperwork * Completing and processing applications * Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents * Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements. * Upkeep the office and clubhouse * Rent collections * Processing invoices * Other duties as assigned Education Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent Job Requirements: * Good organizational skills * Good verbal and written skills * Strong customer service orientation * Must have reliable transportation and valid license Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * Weekdays with some weekend availability Work Location: In person
