Who You Are: * Experienced Sales Leader: 1-2 years of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry; sales management experience preferred. * Customer-Centric: Strong focus on providing professional and courteous guest service. * Organizational Expert: Skilled in time management, multitasking, and maintaining attention to detail. * Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in basic computer operations with strong math skills. * Team-Oriented: Adept at leadership, delegation, and fostering a positive, goal-oriented environment.
