We are Hiring! Apply TODAY! Manager In-Training - Raleigh NC You will begin as a Pawnbroker. This position will introduce you to the culture of the pawn industry and understanding day-to-day aspects of Picasso Pawn operations to include the services and products we offer, and resources that equip our team for success. You will be responsible for writing pawn loans, processing buys, and sales to customers. Our goal is to blend training and hands-on activities as the pawnbroker rotates throughout the business. Please note: Selection for the MIT position does not guarantee promotion into an Assistant Manager or Store Manager position. Promotion to a management position is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to performance and availability of management openings.
