Experienced Automotive Sales BDC Representative High volume Honda dealership, in Hillside, NJ, is currently seeking an experienced BDC who is hungry, professional, upbeat, and detail-oriented, for our sales and service centers. Must be able to speak standardized English. Bi- lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS. Experience within a high-volume automotive BDC is a HUGE PLUS. Responsibilities Include: - Speak/Email prospects and assist them in scheduling a sales or service appointment - Answer customer's questions to the best of your ability; work with management to make sure customer's needs are met - Follow up after scheduled appointments to ensure that all of our customer's needs were met and/or exceeded - Work with management to make sure there is a transfer of knowledge on incoming prospects Compensation: - Aggressive Pay Plan, based on experience level - Base Pay Plus Monthly Bonus & Commission - Health Benefits - 401k - Referral Program - And Much, Much More!
