We are an inbound call center searching for self-motivated, high-performing individuals with a desire to advocate for others, challenge themselves, and become leaders in sales. How will you do that? Here at Life Protect 24/7, we provide customers with peace of mind through our personal medical alert services. As a sales advisor, you will receive calls from a variety of customers who are attempting to get connected with external businesses. This creates an opportunity to share our device with those who may need it and not even know it! Our devices support the rescue of over 5,000 lives every month Call Center sales representatives are the heartbeat of our culture - enthusiastic representatives of our company and advocates for our clients. Our upbeat call center work culture promotes development and individual training, games, incentives, and opportunities for advancement to help develop and solidify necessary sales skills. Sales representatives will effectively educate others about the importance of our product while bringing integrity and customer satisfaction to every interaction. Building rapport and establishing relationships with our customers is achieved by genuinely listening, identifying needs, communicating with clarity, and providing solutions to their questions and concerns.

• What you offer:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sales experience and/or call center environment experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
• A customer-focused approach with adaptability to new situations
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
• Ability to read and type while navigating company software and systems with multiple tabs/windows
• Motivation, and desire to achieve powered by YOU!
• Pay:
• $15 - $21/HR plus commission; earning potential for representatives $55-70K
• Positions start at $15 hourly with bonuses and commissions
• Opportunities for experience and growth up to $21 hourly with attendance bonuses, plus sales commissions
• Choose from one of the Available Schedules/Shifts:
• 11:00am-8:00pm Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday schedule (one Saturday working, two Saturdays off)
• 1:00pm-10:00pm Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday schedule (one Saturday working, two Saturdays off)
