We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. If you're looking to jump-start your career in sales, please apply today!Compensation: $56,500 at plan earnings Responsibilities: * Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved * Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround * Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current * Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities * Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline * Engage with potential new clients to sell legal services and cultivate new relationships * Develop and maintain relationships with clients * Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience * Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team * Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us * Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral services Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role * Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills * Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car * Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software * High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred * Understand how to build a relationship with a person * Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities * Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease * Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value * Demonstrate exceptional communication skills * Have the ability to think on your feet * Not to get discouraged when things don't go as planned About Company We are a boutique family law firm offering clients the highest quality of legal services.
