Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to showcase our products and services. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines efficiently. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide technical sales support, particularly in the solar industry, to educate customers on product benefits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and create targeted sales strategies. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the solar or related industries. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems effectively.
