Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical sales support, particularly in the solar industry, to educate customers on product benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and create targeted sales strategies.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably within the solar or related industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
