Responsibilities include: * respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service * respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property * optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent * use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels * maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition * prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner * follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants * walk move-ins to ensure readiness Requirements and Qualifications: * previous leasing experience * a professional image * great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication * be a team player with a great outlook Drug testing and background screening required PaulsCorp/DRR is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
