UCX is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate - Will Call - 1st shift in our Raleigh, NC location. The hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Retail Counter Sales Responsibilities: * Process orders for counter customers in showroom * Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, orders, inventory, etc. * Refine showroom appearance and maintain stock levels * Resolve order-related issues and expedite orders when necessary * Adhere to team processes and corporate initiatives Customer Service: * Answer incoming phone calls and provide positive customer service * Process orders for counter customers * Check inventory and conduct cycle counts * Help improve and organize product displays in showroom and warehouse Warehouse Responsibilities: * Use Forklift to unload inbound freight and load customer orders * Organize and review inventory as needed for the branch * Keep an organized, clean and safe work environment
