Key Responsibilities: * Be the primary sales contact for customers in the Northeast Territory (PA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, and Ontario, Quebec). * Manage sales for regional customers, including OEMs and distributors. * Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and markets. * Train customers on products and troubleshoot issues. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams. * Travel up to 50% to meet customers, prospects, and attend events. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience (degree plus experience preferred). * 5+ years of B2B sales and sales management experience (focus on OEM-heavy markets and establishing distribution partners strongly preferred). * Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Effective communication and presentation skills. * Knowledge of sales principles and methods. * Relevant product and industry knowledge including industrial solenoid valves, chemical injectors, and industrial systems. * Technical aptitude and willingness to learn. * Excellent time-management skills. * Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets. * Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software. * Safe driving record and willingness to travel by air.
