• Be the face of Storage Post--friendly, reliable, and solution-focused.
• Run the show by opening and closing the facility with precision and pride.
• Connect with customers in person and over the phone--providing helpful, honest support that keeps them coming back.
• Give engaging facility tours and match customers with the perfect storage solutions.
• Keep our facility spotless and secure--it's all about delivering a top-tier experience. What We 're Looking For:
• 2+ years in property management or a customer-focused role --you know how to lead and serve.
• A go-getter who's positive, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a total team player.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
