We are looking for candidates with experience in the sales, restaurant, hotel, and customer service industries. Experience in residential leasing is preferred , but the customer service industry experience is a plus. The qualified candidate will have outstanding customer service and sales ability. Responsibilities include: * Working with leasing inquiries and securing appointments * Providing property tours * Closing and processing rental applications * Preparing resident's leases and assisting with move-in coordination * Assist the community manager in the day-to-day operation of the community * May fill in at other communities as needed Requirements: * Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times * Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude * Excellent customer service and sales skills * Computer skills and property management software experience are a plus * Must be available to work Saturdays * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance * Background check is required - Plenty Of Places is an Equal Opportunity Employer This is not a full list of all job requirements; please be aware that this job does require the ability to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods of time as well as climb stairs and have the capability to lift, push, or pull up to 15 lbs.
