• Build relationships with families and individuals to educate them on the benefits of pre-arranging funeral and cemetery services
• Develop and execute your own sales strategies while leveraging company-provided leads and marketing resources
• Represent Dignity Memorial at community events, networking functions, and Your Life Your Legacy seminars
• Work closely with funeral home and cemetery teams to provide seamless experiences for families
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activity, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, ensuring financial security for families while achieving personal and professional success What We 're Looking For: Sales Professionals - Experience in insurance, real estate, or high- touch sales is a plus Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented - Driven to succeed in a commission-based environment Compassionate & Empathetic - Passionate about helping others make informed decisions Excellent Communicator - Strong presentation skills and ability to build trust quickly Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce and virtual selling platforms Valid Driver 's License & Reliable Transportation - Ability to travel within the Bay Area We work with diverse communities, so if you are fluent in another language --such as Spanish, Tagalog, Russian, or others--please let us know!
