Full description of the position

We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT and cloud services for small and medium-sized businesses. With over 15 years in the business, we provide cutting-edge solutions, including managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, and compliance management. Our client base includes law firms, financial firms, medical offices, and professional services businesses. We are headquartered in New Jersey and serve clients across the U.S. Responsibilities * Leadership & Strategy: * Oversee the manage the entire sales team both inside and outside sales * Oversee Client Success Managers and Outside Sales Agents, ensuring team success in revenue growth and client retention. * Develop sales and client success strategies to optimize revenue generation and customer satisfaction. * Implement best practices for client engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities. * Collaborate with senior leadership to set KPIs and revenue targets for both staff sets, CSM / OSA * Sales & Client Management: * Act as a Client Success Manager for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction. * Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and upsell within the existing client base. * Drive pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring revenue consistency. * Optimize the sales funnel and improve lead conversion rates. * Process Optimization & Operations: * Implement and oversee CRM and sales tools to ensure streamlined operations. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting progress to leadership. * Create, follow, and enforce KPIs for success * Develop training programs for sales and client success teams to enhance skills and performance. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, client success, or sales leadership with IT Service companies. (MSP experience preferred). * Strong understanding of MSP sales cycles, IT services, and customer retention strategies. * Proven track record of managing high-performing sales and client success teams. * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and sales automation. * Ability to analyze data and drive revenue optimization strategies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in New Jersey/New York markets is a plus.
