St Anton Multifamily is looking to fill an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Leasing Consultant position in Folsom CA. We are committed to the effective management of multi-family developments that transcend physical structures to offer people a sense of community and a solid foundation. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced and energetic candidates for the position of Leasing Consultant. We are a professional management team focused on our residents needs and we are always working to ensure that residents living experience is an enjoyable one. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a primary contact for residents and prospective residents by leasing apartments, building and maintaining positive relationships with the community while ensuring consistent application of Community Policies.

• Leasing Consultants are responsible for optimizing warm leads, facilitating property and model home tours.
• Must work efficiently in a busy leasing office- under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent service to high volume of walk-in traffic.
• Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents.
• Assist in marketing the property and generating traffic.
• Responsible for lead tracking and high closing ratio
• Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality. .

Qualifications

- Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel -and Outlook for Windows. Knowledge of Yardi. -Strong Customer service skills. -Positive attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm. -Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to interact with a variety of people and personality types. -Ability to solve problems involving residents, equipment failure, and emergency situations while remaining calm, rational, and professional. -Goal oriented. -Driven to further professional growth and education in the industry. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
