Optical practice near Midway Airport seeking someone with a great personality, happy, approachable, FASHIONISTA, A GO GETTER! Duties would include: * Assist clients with frame selection * Educate PATIENTS regarding all their options on lens choices, frames etc. * Proactively listen to clients and look for opportunities to exceed their expectations * Submitting orders thru insurance portals (VSP, Eyemed, Davis) * EHR (Compulink Experience a PLUS) Job requirements: * We love our community and expect everyone on our team to do the same * High School diploma * Excellent customer service * Multilingual Preferred not required, fluent in English and Spanish/Polish * Fluent in basic computer skills, aptitude to quickly learn our software programs * A good fashion sense and an awareness of designer brands * A happy, positive, and "get along with everyone" personality * Follow clinic scripts and protocols Compensation based on past experience Job Type: Full-time (90 days probationary period) (Certifications to be acquired during job training) Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Benefits include: * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Tuesday - Saturday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pays COVID-19 considerations: Masking, social distancing, screening for symptoms, and overall common sense is highly encouraged and needed.
