Overview

Glass Brothers is seeking a motivated and dynamic Glass & Window Design Sales Specialist to join our team in the Greater Memphis area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to help improve product offerings.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial and residential sales or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
