Overview

Villa Bella an independent Senior Community is looking for a dedicated full- time Leasing Consultant to join our team. Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seniors, customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to prospective residents.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist prospective residents with the leasing process
• Conduct tours of the community and showcase amenities
• Manage leasing paperwork and ensure compliance
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and family members
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
• Assist General Manager and the leasing team with administrative tasks

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours for occasional events
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Patience and empathy toward senior residents
• Strong computer skills
