Community Relations Director - Sales Leader-Senior Living Location: Aden Senior Living/ Ormond Beach, LF Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site Do you have the heart of a connector and the mindset of a sales champion? Aden Senior Living , a Thrive Senior Living, LLC community, is looking for a dynamic, driven, and compassionate Community Relations Director to serve as the face and force behind our community's growth. This is more than a sales role--it's about building meaningful relationships, creating partnerships, and welcoming seniors home. We're seeking a "hunter with a heart"--a results-oriented sales professional who's passionate about changing lives through strategy, storytelling, and service. What You 'll Do (aka Your Impact)
- Own the occupancy strategy by developing and executing innovative sales and marketing plans that exceed community goals.
- Build referral pipelines by networking with healthcare providers, professional organizations, and local businesses.
- Create memorable experiences through high-impact internal and external events that showcase our community.
- Engage, educate, and inspire team members to be brand ambassadors and drive community visibility.
- Lead with purpose by ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression on prospects and their families.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver actionable insights through detailed tracking and reporting.
- Strengthen brand reputation through social media engagement, community presence, and consistent follow-up.
What You Bring
to the Table
- A proven sales leader with at least 2+ years of successful business development experience--ideally in senior living, healthcare, or relationship-based industries.
- A master networker and relationship builder, comfortable with cold calling, presenting, and winning trust.
- A natural communicator with exceptional listening skills and a passion for connecting people to solutions.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset--you thrive in fast-paced environments and are driven by purpose.
- CRM-savvy and organized, you understand how to work leads, track outcomes, and manage your funnel like a pro.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves--flexibility to attend events, work evenings/weekends if needed, and travel locally to grow your referral base. Preferred Qualifications
