As a Wireless Sales Specialist you will be working with customers to find wireless solutions that meet the demand of their request. Overview: As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you will be able to work with AT&T products and services, interact with customers, provide tailored solutions, present available wireless options to and expedite exceptional service. The Wireless Sales Specialist role will involve: * Work with customers to understand the communication and wireless services that are available to them or that they are looking for * Recommending wireless devices and explain the latest products, services, and promotional upgrades that are available that month * Driving sales by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience * Processing mobile sales orders by handling account management * Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for device and service-related issues * Proactively reach out to new customers to expand services and outreach solutions Wireless Sales Specialist Qualifications: * A passion for business and sales with a drive to exceed professional goals * Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships * Experience in a customer or sales setting is preferred but not required * Telecommunication or wireless knowledge is a plus but also not required * Adaptability to learn about evolving technology and new product features * A proactive and problem-solving approach to customer interactions * Ability to multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,923.00 - $4,238.00 per month Shift: * Day shift Work Location: On the road
