Primary Function : Brush Hill Care Center is seeking a Marketing and Business Development associate to represent our Skilled Nursing Facility SNF in the Milton, Canton and Greater Boston area. The Marketing and Business Development associate is responsible for the oversight of marketing and communications for the organization, including strategy, campaign development and community relations. The Marketing and Business Development associate will serve as a liaison between referral sources, hospitals, senior centers, physicians and elder care professionals. Duties & Responsibilities: * Drives and manages campaign planning, including print, web, social, email, and multi-media. * Supports Community Relations' public event planning with an eye towards and outreach. * Account management and sales/marketing efforts. * Work with COO on branding initiatives, including messaging and maintains brand consistency. * Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources throughout the surrounding community. * Maintain critical relationships: Resident, families, providers and staff. * Coordinate and conduct on-location tours. * Handles other duties as assigned. Experience & Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, public relations, or related field, with a focus on non-profit, health care, education, community relations, or public relations preferred * Pro-active, progressive management style; strategic thinking, flexible collaboration, and strong decision-making skills. * Possess, a health care marketing background and an understanding of industry referral and payor sources.
