WHAT YOU 'LL ACHIEVE:

• Grow our customer network by identifying new opportunities and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
• Boost revenue by closing deals across a range of exterior cladding products.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences from initial contact through project completion.
• Keep clients engaged with regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Play a role in shaping our sales and marketing strategies with your ideas and insights.
• Stay organized and efficient by managing leads and tasks through our CRM system. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead Generation & Client Outreach:
• Visit construction sites for cold prospecting.
• Establish connections with architects and contractors.
• Utilize permit databases, social media, and other channels to find leads.
• Manage Incoming Inquiries:
• Respond promptly and update CRM records.
• Handle Bids via BuildingConnected:
• Prepare and send accurate quotes.
• Guide Clients Through Every Step:
• Perform on-site measurements.
• Coordinate project details -- materials, schedules, teams.
• Draft and finalize contracts.
• Process payments and gather feedback post-project.
• CRM & Reporting:
• Track progress, deadlines, and client interactions.
• Support Marketing Efforts & Office Tasks:
• Contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Assist with calls and translations when needed. WHAT WE 'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales -- construction industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with faade materials like ACP and siding is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ready to travel locally for site visits and measurements.
• Tech-savvy, with CRM knowledge.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Conversational English proficiency. WHAT YOU GET:
• Guaranteed Daily Pay: $160/day.
• Attractive Commissions: 6% on ACP/private client deals, 4% on other contracts.
