Position: Director of Sales & Marketing Location: Kaufman, TX - Corporate HQ, or remote Midwest with Heavy Travel Company: Galleher Industries About Galleher Industries Galleher Industries is a trusted supplier of high-quality components to the truck body and trailer manufacturing industry. With operations in Texas, California, and New Jersey, we specialize in lumber, aluminum, steel, and custom-fabricated products that serve both OEM and aftermarket customers. About the Role We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead new business development across OEM and aftermarket truck body and trailer customers. This is a hunter-style role, not account management, focused on generating new business through well-established industry relationships. The Director will report directly to the President and lead a team of outside sales professionals across multiple regions. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities * Expand sales by leveraging existing relationships with manufacturers of truck bodies, trailers, and flatbeds. * Grow market share in the aftermarket channel, including major fleet operators, distribution partners and service providers. * Lead and develop a high performing outside sales team across multiple regions. * Serve as the face of Galleher to key industry players. * Manage and execute marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media, direct marketing, and trade events. * Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems, including lead entry, pipeline management, order processing, and data analysis. * Travel extensively (~75%) to visit customers, support the sales team, attend industry events, and represent Galleher in the field. Required Qualifications * 10+ years of experience in sales of truck body and trailer products, components, or commodities, preferably lumber, steel, aluminum, fabrications, or similar materials. * Proven consultative selling skills with a history of closing high-value deals and building trusted customer relationships. * Demonstrated success selling to truck and trailer OEMs, fleet operators, and service shops. * Strong, existing relationships with truck body and trailer manufacturers are a must. * Experience leading or mentoring a field sales team. * Proficiency with CRM tools (NetSuite preferred) and comfort with basic data analysis. * Willingness to be hands-on and own every step of the sales cycle.
