Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will engage in residential sales utilizing your skills in territory management and customer service. This position requires a two and half day training in a location near you and to run your first appointment the next day after training. Applicants will run 2 - 3 appointments leads per day six days a week. Our leads are warm and Pre- Approved loan for a smooth sale. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring coverage of all key accounts. * Be able to cover a 2 hour radius within your market area. * Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Strong ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * Proven experience in upselling products or services effectively. * Experience in territory management to optimize client engagement. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * MUST HAVE VERIFIABLE "COMMISSION ONLY" HIGH TICKET SALES EXPERIENCE.
