Duties * Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts and market analysis to identify new business opportunities. * Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance. * Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Utilize effective communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients. * Participate in telemarketing initiatives and retail sales events as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. * Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. * Must possess relevant licenses or be willing to obtain them as required by state regulations.
