Position Summary We are currently seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team. This role involves identifying new clients, engaging them through calls and emails, and recommending appropriate insurance products based on their needs. Our offerings include home, auto, life, business, commercial, and disability insurance. We provide ample opportunities for career advancement for those who consistently exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities * Identify and reach out to potential clients. * Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products. * Maintain clear and timely communication with clients via phone and email. * Master computer programs and organize daily tasks efficiently. * Deliver presentations to prospective clients. Qualifications * High moral character and integrity. * Previous sales experience is preferred; insurance experience is a plus. * Proven track record of meeting sales goals. * Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products. * Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. * Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. * Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. * Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets. * Willingness to learn and adapt to office processes. * Must obtain Property and Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses. Compensation and Benefits * Base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. * Total compensation ranges from $42,000 to $65,000 annually, based on performance. * Flexible PTO Experience Requirements * Preferred: 1 year of sales experience and/or insurance sales experience. * Licenses: Property & Casualty, Life, and Health Insurance Licenses are preferred. Location Candidates must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC 27609 before starting work. The position requires in-person attendance.
