Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, cold-calling, and building strong relationships with customers. This position offers a base hourly rate (which will depend on your experience) plus uncapped commission, as well as mileage and expense reimbursements. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory - Generate and qualify leads through inside/B2B sales and customer engagement - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through cold-calling, effective negotiation, and closing of deals, while maintaining follow-ups and customer referrals - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective territory management and sales strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to stay ahead of the competition - Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through ongoing training and coaching - Utilize sales management tools and software to track progress and optimize sales processes Qualifications: - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a staffing sales environment - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - Excellent customer service skills - Experience with lead generation and inside/B2B sales techniques - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage a territory and prioritize sales efforts - Familiarity with sales management tools and software - A strong drive to succeed and meet or exceed sales targets - A team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Expense account * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off * Paid training Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * B2B sales: 5 years (Required) * staffing industry: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Knoxville, TN 37921 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Knoxville, TN 37921: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Knoxville, TN 37921
