We are Hydro, Inc., a global industrial pump re-engineering company located in the West Loop in Chicago. We have an opportunity for a part-time Sales Administrative Support in our Nuclear Division who is a customer service focused individual. The main focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with the sales management and remote staff within our nuclear division and coordinating the Nuclear Division's participation in industry events, such as conferences and users groups. Job Requirements: * Responsible for supporting the remote sales team * Regularly communicate via MS Teams, email, phone * Enter and maintain meeting and opportunity data in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Coordinate participation in industry events, including registration, reviewing related marketing materials, organizing promotional materials, coordinating customer dinners, and developing follow up plan for event leads * Help drive participation in our customer seminars. * Support and help organize marketing campaigns, such as newsletters and fliers * Respond to inquiries from external sources. * Organize a timeline and follow up on the scheduled due dates. * Perform all other duties as assigned. * Must be able to work Friday a.m. to attend Sales Call (to go through reports and account manager). * Go into office to ship materials, and store materials. Experience and Skills: * Strong customer service skills. * Confident and proactive * Enthusiasm for learning about our industry * Able to multi-task and complete multiple projects * Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills. * Excellent follow-up on all tasks. * Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. * Be able to follow through and see a project to the end. * Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite * Sales force knowledge, or have the ability to learn proficiently. This is a hybrid position that will require an average of one day in the office each week, with in-office schedule at the discretion of the company.
