Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and leadership skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships. This role is essential in driving business development initiatives and ensuring we attract top talent in the market.

Duties

• Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage potential candidates and clients.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in recruitment processes.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing goals with overall business objectives.
• Leverage Salesforce or similar technology platforms for tracking recruitment metrics and managing candidate pipelines.
• Foster relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process while maintaining a positive experience.
• Assist with the client onboarding process, including onboarding paper, on-the-job training, and orientation.
• Assist with client's payroll functions, including submitting timecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewing payroll reports.
• Conduct safety training for all new hires onsite in addition to daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
• Maintain daily communication and relationships with the respective client leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports for respective clients, reports can include rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.
• Assists the recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boards, sourcing candidates, and initial screening of candidates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
