Compensation

: Starting at $40k, plus unlimited bonuses based on client workload (expect an additional $500-2,000/month)

• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm.
• Time off: Two weeks of paid holidays in December + unlimited PTO (with approval).

• Self-Care / Fitness Allowance: Clever Punch will contribute to an Account Manager's expense towards fitness, or self-care, up to $100/month. Qualified examples include gym or fitness memberships, medical spas, acupuncture, etc.
• Apple Products Credit: Clever Punch rewards Account Managers' time with the company and encourages them to improve their work tools by offering $100 monthly credit towards Apple products. SO WHAT DOES A MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER DO? You'll ensure our client's marketing tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You'll thrive in this role if you're organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in small business marketing.
• Client Management: Communicate directly with clients for updates and approvals.
• Project Oversight: Manage client tasks via Asana, including copywriting, graphic design, email campaigns, social media, website updates, photoshoots, analytics, and more.
• Team Collaboration: Delegate work to freelancers and content creators, review their work, and receive support from your boss (the owner) when needed. REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing account management role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, direct, and confident communication.
• Eye for design and aesthetics.
• Genuine care for clients' success.
• Experience in small-business marketing is required.
• We value experience and skills, formal education is not a requirement.
