PERKS & COMPENSATION * Compensation: Starting at $40k, plus unlimited bonuses based on client workload (expect an additional $500-2,000/month) * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, from 9 am to 1 pm. * Time off: Two weeks of paid holidays in December + unlimited PTO (with approval). * Healthcare: Anthem Gold PPO by Blue Cross. * Work Phone: Clever Punch provides an iPhone and monthly phone plan for all account managers. Qualified examples include gym or fitness memberships, medical spas, acupuncture, etc. * Apple Products Credit: Clever Punch rewards Account Managers' time with the company and encourages them to improve their work tools by offering $100 monthly credit towards Apple products. SO WHAT DOES A MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER DO? You'll ensure our client's marketing tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You'll thrive in this role if you're organized, an excellent communicator, and experienced in small business marketing. * Client Management: Communicate directly with clients for updates and approvals. * Project Oversight: Manage client tasks via Asana, including copywriting, graphic design, email campaigns, social media, website updates, photoshoots, analytics, and more. * Team Collaboration: Delegate work to freelancers and content creators, review their work, and receive support from your boss (the owner) when needed. REQUIRED SKILLS * Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing account management role. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Clear, direct, and confident communication. * Eye for design and aesthetics. * Genuine care for clients' success. * Experience in small-business marketing is required. * We value experience and skills, formal education is not a requirement. * Familiarity with Asana, Canva, Squarespace, and Mailchimp is essential.
