Our Growing Asphalt company is looking to hire an enthusiastic an hardworking Sales Executive for Madison/Western WI. Construction/asphalt sales preferred but not required. Daily job duties * Cold call/email prospects & long term clients * Networking and creating relationships with new and existing accounts * Accurately estimate projects * Use google earth pro, seamless.ai, Paveman Pro, linkedIn premium, Gmail, Google sheets, etc. Experience with Microsoft * Follow ups using email/text/calls on outstanding proposals until an answer is received * Learn the costs of projects to accurately bid and then communicate with operations to hit profit goals per job * $36,000/yr + 7% commission * company phone * company sales car to get from office to do sales This is a prospecting sales position, you must be able to generate your own leads. Previous asphalt/concrete experience preferred. Commercial and Residential Summary As an Asphalt Sales professional, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on outside sales and business development within the asphalt industry. You will leverage your core skills in sales and account management while utilizing premium skills in B2B sales and marketing to expand our client base. Your ability to analyze market trends and conduct product demos will enhance customer relationships and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
