Job Description

As an agent, you will produce and service insurance clients. Your job will be to create relationships and service the existing client base. You will be working independently as a Health and Life Agent. Our corporate office is located in Weatherford. Harms Insurance Agency, Inc. is an independent agency that provides personal and commercial insurance. The Agency specializes in church and farm insurance. This position will specialize in life and health insurance. In this position, you will be able to increase your pay based on your activity and performance. Salary: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Life and Health license will be required within one month Desire to be a professional College degree preferred Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
