Position: Leasing Agent Location: West Palm Beach, FL Pay: $20/hour Experience: Previous related experiences Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift * HH Staffing is seeking a *Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team! * Job Description: * Conduct tours of the property and available units for potential tenants. * Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about available units, property features, and lease terms. * Assist with marketing efforts, including online listings, social media posts, and community outreach. * Help prospective tenants complete rental applications. * Prepare and review lease agreements and manage lease renewals. * Address and resolve tenant complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. * Report and keep accurate records of all tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. * Ensure tenants comply with property rules and regulations, taking appropriate action when violations occur. * Process rent payments and follow up on late payments. * Other duties as assigned * Position Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. * Persuasive sales abilities to convert leads into leases. * Familiarity with property management software and office applications. * Meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping and lease management. * Effective problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property challenges. * HH Staffing* does not just connect you with a job; we offer a Professional Mentoring & Education Program to help you be great at your job, love it, and grow. * HH Staffing* is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology- enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream. _ We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
